Accounting, Tax & Payroll

Job Description :

  • Advising clients on Accounting, Tax and Payroll matters in Indonesia.
  • Creating and maintaining client management.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure the Accounting, tax and payroll compliance of clients.
  • To oversee all internal and client communication in all related services to ensure high level of satisfaction.
  • Understand and analyze client’s business requirements and building good relationship with client.
  • Conduct the Accounting, Tax & Payroll of the clients
  • Prepare journal, Chart Account, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and reconciliation
  • Ensure timely report for monthly, quarterly, yearly and other reports required
  • Participate in development, implementation and monitoring goals, objectives and priorities of Accounting and Tax Dept

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from reputable university
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a MUST
  • Have strong negotiation skills.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience at Big Four Accounting Firm.
  • Required Skill(s): Accounting and Tax advisory, Payroll calculations, Leadership, Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skill
  • Having certification of Tax Brevet A and B is a PLUS
  • Strong experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / KPP / Consulting company would be an advantage.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

HR & Legal

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Fluent in Englishoral & written
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or similar is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): drafting and review of Corporate Agreements, apt in corporate / business Law, Legal Compliance, International Law and Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Preferably with 2 or more year experience specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Are aged range from 24 – upwards
  • Have a capacity to plan your work, anticipate situations, organize and plan meetings
  • Are passionate with International relations, legal compliance, customer service, product knowledge.
  • Excellent at working side to side with Multinational top level management
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Market Entry Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Fluent in ENGLISH, oral and written (Priority).
  • Chinese or Japanese Language is a PLUS.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or similar is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): international business development, international relation, legal compliance, customer service and relationship management
  • Are aged range from 23 – upwards
  • Have a capacity to plan your work, anticipate situations, organize and plan meetings
  • Excellent at working side to side with Multinational top level management
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

 Product Registration

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum education SMU / D3 / all majors.
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in licensing arrangement in BPOM / SNI / HALAL / KITAS / OJK & MIGAS.
  • Have extensive knowledge and networking in the management of BPOM / SNI / HALAL / KITAS / OJK & MIGAS licensing.
  • Have the ability to operate the computer.
  • Having English proficiency is a plus.
  • Get to know the documents related to the permit above.
  • Honest and disciplined.
